How long does my bed take to expand
Typically we say the beds will need 24 hours to fully expand as they will arrive flat packed, please also puff them up yourself to encourage the expansion. The memory foam beds may take up to 48 hours to fill in all the creases and look as smooth as the photos.
How do I wash my bed
All of our beds are super easy to clean and are washing machine friendly. With the calming beds, you can either just wash the cover or you can simply put the whole bed in the machine, just make sure to put on a gentle wash and hang out to dry, do not tumble dry.
Memory foam bed covers and lining can be put into the machine, again please put them on a gentle spin and hang them out to dry. Do not put the memory foam inserts in the machine, please wash any stains or dirt by hand.
Can I return my bed
For calming beds, blankets and accessories we can accept returns within the first 30 days. Returns for refunds and exchanges will only be accepted if the bed is brand new and in an unused condition.
For memory foam beds we cannot accept returns if the bed has been opened and expanded, we strongly recommend sizing your pet and the space the bed will go before ordering.
Can I use Afterpay or Laybuy
Take advantage of afterpay or laybuy & pay in weekly or fortnightly interest free payments when you purchase 1, 2, 3 or even 4 of our beds.
To select afterpay or laybuy as a payment method just complete the checkout process. Firstly, fill out all necessary contact details for your order followed by completing the shipping information page. Finally click "continue to payment." This is where you will be able to select your preferred payment method. afterpay & laybuy are both located near the bottom of the list.
What size should I get
Each bed has a detailed size chart, so please check this along with the bed dimensions to ensure you order the right size.

Do you ship to Australia?
We sure do, shipping rates for this will be shown to you at checkout.
Do you do pre-orders
We don't often do pre orders however, if offered and Items are ordered via our pre-order system these will be processed from the date stated at time of purchase. If an order contains multiple items the order will be processed all together from the date of the latest pre-ordered item.

I wanted to say a big "Thank you" for the beautiful couch bed.
My darling Chocolate Labrador is called Holly and it never clicked until I spread her bed on the couch and saw the "Holly“ label.
Holly is 12 now, very old for a Choccie, but she still insists on running beside the quad to go and feed out. Feeding takes twice as long as we rarely get above 3km/h, except on the downhill. I have had to become an expert at backing the trailer in random spots as she often needs a ride back home. I have to load on more bales than I need, so she can stand on them, loudly announcing her presence to everyone. Luckily we have a crate on the trailer so she is safe from falling. She’s very crippled with arthritis, now and she has the most unusual running style. Even her paws are much flatter
I had seriously considered a memory foam bed for her, for the day time but the budget just wouldn’t stretch and to be honest, she shares my bed with her Pug brothers at night.
She never used to be allowed on the couch, but…well you know how rules change as they get older 😉 Anyway, now she will at least be able to snooze here whenever she chooses.

Winky absolutely loves his new car seat! 🐾
We previously had the Holls Paws single car seat, which was great, but this new calming seat with the cooling gel bottom really is amazing. Winky settles into it straight away and looks so comfortable and relaxed.
The only problem now is getting him out of the car — he’s quite happy to stay put in his new favourite seat! 😂

One very happy dog! He loves his new bed and so much better quality than the normal beds we get, well worth the money and easy to clean. Plus it will last so much longer! Great that a large fits a Rottweiler too
Winston loves his full car seat, I have had the double seat for years and thought he needed the upgrade and was not disappointed! Keeps the mud off the fabric car seats and they are super easy to clean.
As soon as I unpacked it the dogs loved it. Dead asleep for a couple of hours, didn’t even realise it was past their dinner time. It was very easy to clean.
The full back seat cover is wonderful! It is very comfortable and safe for our much loved dog and protects the interior of the car from mud and scratches. The seat belt is very easy to use and holds Archie safely and comfortably in his seat. Thank you 🙏🏼😊
I have four of these beds now. My girls love them. When I first bought them in they would not use any other bed so I had to sell the old beds.
I'm also very happy to know my 14 year old Goldie has the support she needs.

I originally won one of the calming beds through a Rottweiler rescue fundraiser. My big fur babies loved it so much I went and brought 2 more. They absolutely loved snuggling into the soft material.
Thrilled with the full length dog seat cover. The amount of sand it has stopped being spread around the car is fantastic. Harry loves it too and is loathed to get out of the car when we get home. He gives me “the eye” when I try and get him out!
My greyhound loves this bed. It’s so soft, I use it on both the couch and my own bed. My only reservation is I do wish the bolsters were a bit thicker, she needs a lot of support being a skinny breed. Probably fine for every other dog.
Our Cavoodle pup loves her seat. Now curls up for a sleep as soon as we get in the car. The single one perfect for size and our 5 yr old loves having her dog next to her.
Great purchase for the motorhome! The double size fits perfectly on the 2 seater and easy to fit & with the 2x seatbelt straps which are nice & secure. THE DOGS LOVE IT !
Dogs love it, we love it!! So comfy for our Goldie to snuggle up with our German shepherd as well (who was too stubborn to be photographed), but they love sharing!
