Delivery

Unlike our competitors, we are proudly Kiwi owned and operate fully from our Auckland warehouse. We aim to have fulfilment complete and orders processed for delivery within 24-48 hours.

Once orders are processed shipping within New Zealand will generally be between 1-3 business days depending on the region.

Returns

All Closing Down Sale purchases are final.

Due to Holly's Paws closing down and heavily discounting our remaining stock, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or accidental purchases on any items purchased during our Closing Down Sale.

Please carefully check all product descriptions, measurements and sizing information before placing your order, as all sales are final once your order has been placed.
